Sheryl Koning, Biography Sheryl Koning, President of Koning Associates, has over 25 years experience as a consultant and manager.

Since 1987, she has been listening, coaching, formulating, guiding, improving - all the while creating success stories. She knows the inner workings of corporate America, and she knows corporate America's customer.

Sheryl's experience includes positions in Human Resources Recruiting, Corporate Training, Organization Development and Sales at The Quaker Oats Company.  She has worked with all functions, Brokers, Distributor and Customer personnel at levels from senior management to entry-level employees.

Sheryl holds a Bachelors Degree in Organization Behavior and Personnel from Northwestern University in Chicago. She also has Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certification.
